How every recipe in this book was made

Ideation
Every recipe begins with a question: can this dish be made Satvic without losing what makes it loved?

Experimentation
Over 100 dishes are tested. 55 made it in. For every recipe that belongs here, many more did not.

Tastings
Every dish is made again and again until it is right. Not good enough. Right. The team tastes every version.

Community trials
Before a recipe is final, real community members cook it at home and tell us how it went. If it does not work in a home kitchen, it does not go in.

Photoshoot
Each recipe is styled and photographed so the food looks just the way it will in your kitchen, honest and beautiful.

Designing & Printing
Every page is laid out so the recipe is easy to follow while you cook, then printed on paper made to handle real kitchen use.
Book Specification
How do we decide on a recipe?

Truly delicious
If it did not make us genuinely happy to eat, it did not make the cut. Every recipe was tasted, adjusted, and tasted again until it felt like real joy.

Genuinely nourishing
Each recipe is plant based, alkaline, and easy to digest. Every ingredient is chosen to feed the body without burdening it. Nothing processed, nothing that strips the food of its goodness.

Easy to source
We made a conscious choice to leave out anything that is hard to find. Every ingredient in this book is something you can actually buy and use wherever you are.

Simple to make at home
Each recipe is designed to come together in just a few steps. No complicated technique, no special equipment needed.
