As my name suggests, I'm Sharbati — subtly sweet by nature.With a softer texture than most wheat varieties and a gentle natural sweetness, I am Madhya Pradesh's signature. Grown in the rain-fed soils of Neemuch, where the stress of less irrigation nudges up my protein content compared to regularly irrigated wheat.I am stone-ground in small batches using a slow chakki process - which preserves my natural nutrients, and flavour in a way industrial roller-milling never can.
