My name, Thuyamalli, means “pure jasmine.” My pearly white grains resemble delicate jasmine buds. Though I’m only semi-polished, I retain significantly more fibre than fully polished white rice—bringing balance to everyday meals.
Soft, aromatic, and versatile, I’m a trusted choice across kitchens.
How to Use
Soak me for about 4 hours before cooking.
Enjoy a steaming bowl with any curry, prepare a comforting biryani, or use me confidently for idlis and other fermented dishes.
